     Target: One enemy you can see in burst
     Effect: When you make a melee attack against the target and the target is
             the only enemy adjacent to you, you make two attack rolls and use
             either result.  This effect lasts until the end of the encounter
             or the target drops to 0 hit points, at which point you regain the
             use of this power.  If another effect has you roll twice and use
             the higher result when making an attack roll, this power has no
             effect on that power.  If a power has you roll twice and take the
             lower result when making an attack roll, this power has no effect
             on that attack either.  If an effect lets you reroll an attack
             roll and you rolled twice due to this power, you reroll both dice.

   Razorclaw Shifting (Shifter Racial Power)

   Oath of the Relentless Hunter (Avenger Utility 6)

     Effect: Until you use this power on a different target, you can take a
             standard action to determine the distance and direction of the
             target.  The distance and direction are based on a straight line
             between you and the target, ignoring any barriers.  If the
             target is on a different plane, you know the plane but gain no
             other information.
